A late update!

It has been way too long since I've updated this blog..

so here goes.

Back in the beginning of December I had my 2nd Dr. Apt. James didn't come with me because it was just a normal check up; to my surprise I got another Ultrasound and we got another photo of our baby!

On December 30th, I had another appointment. This time, James was able to come and it was so awesome because we got to hear our baby's heartbeat; what an amazing sound that is!

Since then we have been reading up and learning about what to expect and what to plan for when the baby comes. Anyone that knows my hubby knows he is a planner. I love it too! James finished reading his book and he is really excited.

I've been feeling slight movements lately; that is a crazy feeling, but so precious.

Many people are asking if we know what we are having yet; we don't know yet but I do have an appt on Jan. 26th for an ultrasound. They will be checking the measurements and size of the baby; i'm praying that they will be able to tell us what the sex is. If not, then I think we will have to wait until next month! I really can't wait.. I'm ready to pick out the colors and theme for the baby's room. I guess that is part of being pregnant and beings parents, learning patience.
